Entering athletes in a simple list of names is simplistic because it does not highlight their identity, their work, training hours, disappointments, victories, fatigue, distance from home, concentration, adverse weather, appointments important things, the time spent in the car and on the plane: the athletes who have chosen us know that they don't just represent numbers or worksheets, for us they are collaborators, all important and that we have a relationship and dialogue with everyone to support them and accompany them along their competitive course.
